Join us as we explore emotions and move through our feelings to a calm, kind space. Bring your curiosity as we practice techniques that help build a strong emotional awareness in ourselves and others. T his program is for children ages 3-6 and their parent/caregiver. Registration is required and begins one week in advance. Only the child needs to register.
